SEMYS is governed in its actions by Title VII of the Law on the Patrimony of Public Administrations (Law 33/2003, of November 3) and by the private legal system (mainly, by the Capital Companies Act - Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of July 2), except in matters in which budgetary, accounting, financial control and contracting State regulations are applicable. Therefore, SEPIDES is subject to the General Budgetary Law (Law 47/2003, of November 26), Law 9/2017, November 8, on Public Sector Contracts and the Law on the Court ofAuditors (Law 2/1982, of May 12).
